- How often will IT HAPPENS! come service my yard?
That is up to you. We offer services that would allow
us to come once, twice, or three times a week. Please
refer to the pricing page for more information.
- How does IT HAPPENS! charge?
Our pricing consists of three factors: how many dogs are
on the property, how frequent we visit the property, and
the size of the property. Please refer to the pricing page
for exact prices and feel free to contact us with any
additional pricing questions!
There are no contracts ever.
Yes, we have full liabilty insurance.
- Exactly how do you remove the poop?
We walk your yard in a grid pattern, starting from
front to back, then again back to front, double checking
everything. We make sure everything is locked up and
secure, as we found it.
- What does IT HAPPENS! do with the poop once it is removed?
Once removed, we deposit the poop at a waste
treatment facility, according to state guidelines
and regulations.
- What time of year does IT HAPPENS! service in?
As long as your dog goes outside, we will be there!

- How will I know that it is an IT HAPPENS! employee at my home?
IT HAPPENS! vehicles are very noticeable and
well marked. Our dog waste removal technicians
are uniformed and professionally dressed.
- How will I know that IT HAPPENS! has come and serviced my yard?
You will recieve notice that IT HAPPENS! has
serviced your lawn, via a notification on your front
door.
- What if my dog is in the yard, will IT HAPPENS! still service my yard?
Yes, as long as they are friendly, it is not a
problem for us. We are dog lovers!
- Is your service guaranteed?
Our service is 100% guaranteed. If you are not
satisfied with our services for any reason, we will
fix it until you are. Period.
